Our Epic Tubing tires are particularly robust when used on our mats in summer and on snow in winter.
The Epic tubing tires have been tried and tested on many tubing tracks around the world for over 15 years.

We offer our tubing tires (tubes) in three different sizes and colors:
EPIC Tubes:
A-100 (100cm, blue color)
K-90 (90cm, red color)
They are resistant to heat/ozone/aging/chemical reactions and provide excellent electrical insulation and damping. They are cold-resistant down to - 50 degrees Celsius and heat-resistant up to 60 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for use on snow in both summer and winter.
We use 840 denier nylon that is double stitched with an inflatable seat pad for comfortable, plush cushioning. A high UV protection is given. The double-stitched loops are particularly suitable for pulling and for latching onto the drag lift.
The combination of our TubTrax mats with the robust HDPE Epic Tubes presents the fastest tubing track in the world. All tubes have a 2mm thick base, durable nylon and a durable rubber hose.
The tubes are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Of course, the tubes can also be used on snow in winter.
Larger quantities also available. Stock available.
Advertising prints on the tubes is possible.

UPDATE - Epic Tubing tires
Der Familien Park begeistert die Familien. Eine Zwei-Spurigen Tubing Bahn mit jeweils 40m nebeneinander ist die neue Attraktion im Familien-Park Hubhof in Aggsbach (Wachau in Österreich). Gelieferte wurden in den entsprechenden Längen die geschlossenen Tubtrax-M1 Module. Diese Module M1 decken die gesamte Tubing Bahn ab und sorgen dafür, das kein Dreck oder Steine auf die Rutschfläche kommt. Rostfrei verzinktes Metall sorgt für lange Nutzbarkeit.
The family park delights families. A two-lane tubing track, each 40m long, is the new attraction at the Hubhof Family Park in Aggsbach (Wachau in Austria). The closed Tubtrax M1 modules were supplied in the appropriate lengths. These M1 modules cover the entire tubing track and ensure that no dirt or stones get onto the slide surface. Rust-free galvanized metal ensures a long service life.
365 Tage Tubing Bahn - Winter- und Sommergäste sind begeistert. Viele Wintersportorten betreiben im separaten Bereich neben der Skipiste eine Snowtubing Bahn. Naturschnee und/oder künstliche Beschneiung schaffen schnell eine gute Grundlage für einige Bahnen nebeneinander oder sogar mit rasanten Kurven. Alles nur möglich mit Schnee. Schmilzt der Schnee weg - lässt sich auf dreckigen Schnee noch eine Weile fahren - bis die beliebte Anlage schlissen muss. Sollte es wieder schneien, geht der ganze Produktionsprozess wieder von vorne los - mit viel Aufwand an Schnee und Mitarbeitern. Diesen Aufwand leisten sich die meisten Wintersportorte nicht mehr. Schade, denn es geht auch einfacher und unabhängig vom Schnee.
