Tubing track in nature.

Besides a professional tubing track with the Tubtrax modules (M1/M2/M3), there is also the possibility to design the ground yourself like a tubing track with curves! A 150m long tubing track was laid in the ground near Brasov. For this purpose, the floor was covered with the new type of "Dry Slope Drainage Fleece" (DSDF) to prevent dirt or stones from getting onto the slide surface. Another advantage of the DSDF is that rainwater is carried away by the drainage system.  

The DSDF fleece should cover the side walls of the curves above the apex to prevent stones from rolling onto the slide surface above the side walls. For this tubing track, 3 fast-paced curves were constructed. For the safe stopping of the tubing rider, a 2m x 5m long stopping fleece was laid out. To get the Epic tubes with rider back to the start quickly, a fast conveyor belt was installed. The faster the conveyor capacity, the more people get to the start.  

Due to the special natural shape of the ground, this tubing track is used in summer and winter. A hotel with restaurant and service station was also newly built. Further expansion with a mat ski area is in the planning stage.
