Campo Jovem - Jugend Freizeitpark der Superlative.
Nach einem halben Jahr Planung und Produktion war es dann im April 2024 soweit - das Freizeitcamp Campo Jovem eröffnet wieder für die Sommer Saison 2025.
Seit 2009 ist dieses Camp ein fester Bestandteil der Freizeitgestaltung für Kinder und Jugendliche.
Das Camp liegt etwas außerhalb der Ritterstadt Tomar (nordöstlich von Portugal). Über 200 Teilnehmer nehmen wöchentlich an diesem Freizeit Campus teil. Als besondere Attraktion konnte die neue 50m lange Tubing Bahn der Teilnehmern vorgestellt werden.
Begeistert rutschen die Kinder und Jugendlich auf den Epic Tubes die Bahn herunter. "Das ist wie im Winter auf den Schnee, sagt eine Teilnehmer erfreut. Flott wird der Tube wieder nach oben zum Start gezogen - und schon geht die nächste Fahrt auf der schnellen Bahn herunter. Am Ende der Bahn werden die Tubes automatisch von der "Plug-In-Break" Bremsklötze angehalten. Die werden einfach innerhalb der Tubtrax Gleitmatten befestigt.
Die Tubtrax-M2 Seitenmodule und Fleece Unterlagen halten die Bahn sauber und stabil. Das ist auch notwendige, denn bis Oktober werden weit über 4000 Teilnehmer erwartet. Sonntags ist jeweils Anreise und bis Samstag gibt es jeden Tag neue "Action".

Campo Jovem - a superlative youth theme park.
After six months of planning and production, the Campo Jovem leisure camp reopened in April 2024 for the 2025 summer season.
Since 2009, this camp has been an integral part of the leisure activities for children and young people. The camp is located just outside the knights' town of Tomar (north-east of Portugal). Over 200 participants take part in this leisure campus every week. As a special attraction, the new 50m long tubing track was presented to the participants.
Children and teenagers enthusiastically slide down the track on the Epic Tubes. “It's like being out on the snow in winter,” said one delighted participant. The tube is quickly pulled back up to the start - and the next ride down the fast track begins. At the end of the track, the tubes are automatically stopped by the “plug-in break” brake blocks. These are simply attached inside the Tubtrax sliding mats.
The Tubtrax-M2 side modules and fleece underlays keep the track clean and stable. This is also necessary, as well over 4000 participants are expected by October. Arrival is on Sunday and there is new “action” every day until Saturday.
Campo Jochem is one of the most successful youth camps in Portugal.
