Quickly back to the start with MND conveyor belt

A fast 80m long tubing track is operated in Moenichkirchen (Austria). The facility was built in cooperation with MND (Innsbruck). MND supplied a new, modern conveyor belt. With its help, the tubers can be quickly and comfortably transported back to the start. 

With the new, modern TubTrax Module System, this system could be set up quickly and easily. Our patented start gate has an area of 2m x 2m. The riders can reach this start gate comfortably via a wide staircase. The tubing tyre can be easily pulled up via two small ramps. This TÜV approved facility is secured by a 1m high railing from both sides. The 4 adjustable telescopic legs of the Start gate can be adjusted in steps up to a height of 1m, as desired. A slide with TubTrax mats, leads the rider into the tubing track. 

The mats are each attached to a TubTrax-1 module element. Then these modules are laid out one behind the other on the tracks, fastened to each other with screws and secured to the ground with pegs. The tubing fun can begin. This construction ensures that no dirt or stones from the ground can get onto the tubing track. For the hot summer months, a water sprinkler pipe has been attached to the right side wall. This way the mats can be cooled easily and the friction with the tubing tyres can be reduced significantly. This ensures a long service life for the system. 

This professional, clean solution is quick to set up and can be used in the same place in winter and summer.
