New 50m long tubing track in Romania
Tubtrax-M1 Module für saubere Tubing Bahn.
Im Frühjahr eröffnete in der rumänischen Stadt Oradea eine neue Tubing-Bahn im Rahmen eines Freizeitparks. Dank der komplett geschlossenen Tubtrax-M1 Module konnte die Strecke schnell ausgelegt und anschließend mit den passenden Tubtrax Gleitmatten installiert werden.
Zwei Besonderheiten konnten integriert werden. Da keine hohe Startrampe installiert werden sollten, wurden am Startbereich die neuartigen Plug-In-SPEED installiert. Diese HDPE Einlagen kommen in das Raute Design und werden von unten fest geschraubt. Somit bekommt der Tube schon am Start auch im flachen Gelände richtig in Schwung.
Zum Ende der Tubing Bahn wurden dann die
Plug-In-BRAKE installiert. Diese Stopper aus Gummi werden auch in die Rauten verlegt und von unter mit Unterlegscheiben verschraubt. Somit wird der Tube konstant bis zum stehen abgebremst.

In spring, a new tubing track opened in the Romanian city of Oradea as part of a leisure park. Thanks to the fully enclosed Tubtrax M1 modules, the track could be laid out quickly and then installed with the appropriate Tubtrax sliding mats.
Two special features could be integrated. As no high launch ramp was to be installed, the new Plug-In-SPEED was installed at the launch area. These HDPE inserts are inserted into the rhombus design and are screwed into place from below. This gives the tube a real boost at the start, even on flat terrain.
The
Plug-In-BRAKE was then installed at the end of the tubing track. These rubber stoppers are also installed in the rhombuses and bolted from below with washers. This ensures that the tube is constantly slowed down until it stops.
