Die
Epic II Tubing Reifen
können im Winter auf Schnee und im Sommer auf den Kunststoffmatten eingesetzt werden. Mit der Nutzung der schnellen Tubtrax Gleitmatten und den Skitrax Tubing Reifen mit HDPE Boden entsteht die perfekte Kombination, um auch im Sommer eine schnelle Tubing Bahn zu erstellen.

Die Epic Tubing Reifen haben eine hochwertigen Gummi Reifen TR15 Ventil (kompatibel mit vielen Luft Kompressoren). Die Gummi Reifen sind luftdicht, sind hervorragend isoliert gegen Hitze / Ozon / Alterung / chemischen Einflüssen. Sie haben Spitzenwerte in der elektrischen Isolierung und Dämpfung. Sie sind kältebeständig bis -30 Grad Celsius, bei hoher hitzebeständig und können somit Outdoor wie Indoor genutzt werden. Das Außenmaterial ist umschlossen von fester, abwaschbare PVC Plane, doppelt genäht, mit 2 geschäumten, weichen, Handschlaufen mit Knöchelschutz.
Die elastische und stoßfeste HDPE „Hard Body“ Hartschale ist 2mm dick, dazu kommt ein hoher UV-Schutz und ein extra verstärkte Nylon Band mit doppelt-vernähter Schlaufe und einem Kunststoffring, mit dem der Tube gezogen werden kann. Bei den Tubing Reifen ist noch eine stabile, Sitzpolsterung vorhanden, die mögliche Bodenstöße abfedert und den Rutschkomfort wesentlich erhöht.
Durch die 2mm dicke HDPE Bodenschale, eignen sich die Tubes neben dem Einsatz im Schnee, insbesondere für den Verleih auf Kunststoffmatten für Sommer Tubingbahnen. Der Umfang der Nutzungszeit wird limitiert durch extreme Nutzung und den Einflüssen von Sonne und Wasser. Extreme Witterung limitieren die Farbechtheit.

Areas of application
The Epic II tubing tyres can be used on snow in winter and on plastic mats in summer. Using the fast Tubtrax sliding mats and Skitrax tubing tires with HDPE bottom creates the perfect combination for creating a fast tubing track even in summer.

The Epic tubing tyres have a high-quality TR15 rubber tyre valve (compatible with many air compressors). The rubber tyres are airtight and provide excellent insulation against heat, ozone, ageing and chemical influences. They have top ratings for electrical insulation and damping. They are cold-resistant down to -30 degrees Celsius and heat-resistant at high temperatures, making them suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. The outer material is enclosed in a sturdy, washable PVC tarpaulin, double-stitched, with 2 foam-padded, soft hand straps with ankle protection.
The elastic and shock-resistant HDPE “Hard Body” hard shell is 2 mm thick, with high UV protection and an extra-reinforced nylon strap with double-stitched loop and a plastic ring for pulling the tube. The tubing tires also feature sturdy seat padding that cushions any impacts from the ground and significantly increases sliding comfort.
Thanks to their 2 mm thick HDPE base, the tubes are suitable for use in snow and, in particular, for rental on plastic mats for summer tubing tracks. The length of use is limited by extreme use and the effects of sun and water. Extreme weather conditions limit color fastness.
