Vynnyky ski resort (Lviv) - 19,000m2 - Construction progress
Von den Planungen über die Erdarbeiten bis zur kompletten, betriebsbereiten Installation.
Wir haben in einem Video die einzelnen Phasen von Bau der größten Mattenskipiste in Europa festgehalten. Gebaut wurde in Lemberg, einer Mio. Stadt im Westen der Ukraine. Die ersten Besprechungen mit Vertragsabschluss fanden Anfang 2021. Die ersten Lieferungen der bestellten 19.000 m2 nach Lemberg starteten mit dem LKW im April 2021. Neben den verschieden farbigen Matten, wurde noch das DSDF Bodenvlies, Gleitmittel Slide Liquid, Erdnägel, Zangen, Schrauben etc. geliefert. Insgesamt 17 LKW wurden für den Transport benötigt.
Enges Zeitfenster
Ein Arbeitsteam von 15-20 Personen arbeiteten fast rund um die Uhr (je nach Wetterlage), um den Fertigstellungstermin, spätestens Ende November 2021, zu erreichen. Dann ist der Start der Beschneiung für die Wintersaison fest eingeplant. Dazu musste noch der große Speichersee gebaut werden, der im Sommer als Freizeitsee genutzt werden soll. Um die Skifahrer und Tubing Fahrer zügig zum Start zu bekommen, wurde ein 4er Sessellift und 3 Förderbänder installiert.
8 Monate von Vertragsabschluss bis Fertigstellung
Ein ambitioniertes Ziel, Vertragsabschluss, Zahlungen, Produktion, Lieferungen und Installation innerhalb von 8 Monaten zu realisieren - und es wurde termingerecht realisiert, trotz Kälte und Schneetreiben. Die Schneekanonen ratterten Ende November und bedeckten die Mattenskipiste mit einem halbem Meter Schnee. Die Skisaison wurde gestartet.
Es ist ein Mix aus Video und Bildern, die die Komplexität dieser einzigartigen Anlage zeigen soll. Diese Anlage wurde so konzipiert, dass sie im Sommer auf Matten funktioniert und im Winter die gesamte Fläche auch professionell beschneit werden kann. Herausfordernd waren die aufwendige Bodenarbeiten im felsigen Gelände. 3 Skipisten wurden erstellt, wobei 2 Bahnen mit jeweils ca. 480m Länge mit Matten belegt wurden. Dazu wurde angrenzend eine Tubing Bahn mit 7 Bahnen nebeneinander gebaut.
Somit kann ein Betrieb von Dezember bis April auf Schnee und von Mai bis Oktober ein Betrieb auf unseren Slopetrax Matten garantiert werden.
4 Sterne Hotel mit extravaganter Ausstattung
Hinzukommt noch der Bau von einem großen Speichersee, Skiverleih und Servicestationen. Parallel entstand ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit großem Wellnesscenter, vier Profi Fußballfelder, eine Indoor Mehrzweckhalle und einer Trainerakademie mit einem medizinischen Bereich.

From the planning to the earthworks to the complete, operational installation.
We have recorded the individual phases of the construction of the largest mat ski slope in Europe in a video. Construction took place in Lviv, a city of one million inhabitants in western Ukraine. The first meetings with the conclusion of the contract took place at the beginning of 2021. The first deliveries of the 19,000 m2 ordered to Lviv started by truck in April 2021. In addition to the different colored mats, the DSDF floor fleece, Slide Liquid lubricant, ground nails, pliers, screws, etc. were also delivered.
A total of 17 trucks were needed for transportation.
Narrow time window
A team of 15-20 people worked almost around the clock (depending on the weather) to meet the completion date of the end of November 2021 at the latest. The start of snowmaking for the winter season is then firmly planned. The large reservoir, which is to be used as a leisure lake in summer, also had to be built. To get skiers and tubers to the start quickly, a 4-seater chairlift and 3 conveyor belts were installed.
8 months from signing the contract to completion
It was an ambitious goal to complete the contract, payments, production, deliveries and installation within 8 months - and it was achieved on time, despite the cold and driving snow. The snow cannons rattled at the end of November and covered the Mattenskipiste with half a meter of snow. The ski season was launched.
It's a mix of video and pictures to show the complexity of this unique installation. This facility was designed to work on mats in summer and to allow the entire area to be professionally covered with snow in winter. The complex ground work in the rocky terrain was challenging. 3 ski slopes were created, whereby 2 tracks, each approx. 480 m long, were covered with mats. In addition, a tubing track with 7 lanes was built next to each other.
This guarantees operation from December to April on snow and from May to October on our Slopetrax mats.
4-star hotel with extravagant facilities
A large reservoir, ski rental and service stations were also built. At the same time, a 4-star hotel with a large wellness center, four professional soccer pitches, an indoor multi-purpose hall and a trainer academy with a medical area were built.
