Dry Slope Drain Fleece

Dry Slope Drain Fleece

For tubing facilities and dry ski slope areas, a major problem is the removal of rain and melt water. Our new development "Dry Slope Drain Fleece" is a hollow nap drainage element and has a friction-enhancing spin spray application on the underside.

On earth materials and other substrates, the product remains in place even in slope areas without additional fastening and ensures the removal of water and microplastic through small channels.

Dry Slope Drain Fleece
Fleece to cover larger areas

As a base for large dry ski slopes or in combination with TubTrax M2 we have developed a new type of drainage fleece. The Skitrax "Dry Slope Drain Fleece" (DSDF) is a hollow pimple drainage element and has a friction-increasing spin spray coating on the underside. On soil and other substrates, the product stays on embankments without additional fastening up to an incline of approx. 1:3 (= approx. 18° or approx. 32%).

It can be supplied in rolls up to 55m long and 4.95m wide. We also cut the rolls together according to customer requirements for mat ski areas or tubing tracks to suit the respective system.

This fleece can then be connected with screws between the two metal side elements of the TUBTRAX 2. The result is a professional, stable tubing track with the highest level of cleanliness. The rainwater is drained downwards and, if necessary, to the side with the hollow knobs and thus protects against underwashing. Perfect pad for SlopeTrax (Matten ski areas), TubTrax (tubing lanes) and KartTrax (Ice-karting with slides and drifts).

The mats are attached to the DSDF on the ground with special twisted pegs that are practically installed in the ground with a drill. We also supply other nonwovens as required.
Summary:
  • Optimum drainage of water
  • Self-adhesive material
  • Supplied in large rolls
    (max. 50m x 4.95m)
  • Can be designed independently
  • Skitrax mats come to the DSDF
  • Special twisted pegs fasten the system

250m long tubing track with 7 lanes. In addition to the 6 lanes on the 250 long tubing track, there is another tubing track for children. Spectacular for a tubing track is the electronic Axess entrance area. People can buy a chip card with different lane rides in the service area and then elegantly enter the tubing lane through the entrance area. There, two comfortable conveyor belts await them. The first conveyor belt leads directly to the entrance for the children's tubing track. Here the kids shred down the tube through two curves with Tubtrax sliding mats into the valley.
