The mat types:

Mats suitable for alpine skiing and snowboarding.
Perfect grip when carving with excellent gliding properties.

Mats suitable for lift entrances and exits, transfer routes over slopes, tunnels and lift tracks.

LifTrax FA: normal gliding to the entrance
LifTrax SP: fast gliding to the entrance
fast gliding in the drag lift track

Specially created for cross-country skiing in summer.

Firm grip for the skater when pushing off and safe gliding. For skating and traditional technique on fast HDPE mats.

Mats suitable for fast tubing lanes. Perfect combination of these HDPE mats with our HDPE tubing tires.

For routes depending on the slope of the terrain:
TubTrax FA: for normal inclination.
TubTrax SP: for less inclination (HDPE)

Special construction for water jumps. Optimum gliding properties and firm grip on the take-off table.

Developed for optimal sliding and drifting with karts for indoor and outdoor use. Mats made of hard and fast HDPE.

The construction:

Flexible "PLUG IN/OUT SYSTEM"

Simple plug-in system for quick assembly and use (PIOS). Easy to pull apart for quick disassembly.

With existing drill holes, the mats can be processed quickly and cleanly on the ground. Plastic expands when the outside temperature is high and contracts again when it gets cold. For this we have installed 2-3 mm space in the plug-in system; thus no waves occur after installation!

"ASYNCRON TWIN PIN SYSTEM"

The proven 2 knobs system "ASYNCHRONOUS TWIN PIN SYSTEM" (ATPS) guarantees fast gliding. Different nub heights result in less contact surface and less friction with clear directional stability. 50% less support for skis & snowboards & tubing results in the fastest gliding. 20 mm firm pimples offer perfect stability when carving.

UV RESISTANCE & GUARANTEE

Light stabilizers and titanium pigments reflect heat, protect against UV radiation and increase resistance to wear. Almost any color can be produced, with white offering the highest UV resistance.

Time-tested and in use for many years. 3-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects and defects caused by natural UV radiation. At least 10 years of normal use.

Hocheck, Microabraison, Dry slope skiing, Technologie, recycling mats - skitrax world
By Skitrax world 06 Feb, 2023
Sustainable production and installation of the mats. Microabrasion low and bound. We have been producing our plastic mats in Bavaria for over 15 years. We continuously research improvements and optimize our plastic processing. Our granulates consist mainly of DIN standardized polyethylene and UV stabilizers, supplied by German suppliers. A special mix of raw materials is the basis of our mats, whose 2cm high knobs do not break and offer enormous resistance to the steel edges of the skis. The individual 22x22cm mats are used to join large, even surfaces. In addition, the mats can also be quickly disassembled and stored on pallets, depending on whether the mats are to be used permanently or only temporarily.
Oberaudorf, Hocheck, Alpine Dry Slope - CO2 - skitrax world
By Skitraxworld 31 Jan, 2023
Positive CO2 balance with alpine dry ski slope. Dry slope amazes with calculation. Not all that glitters is gold! An alpine dry slope area is quickly built, but how sustainable is the installation? What is their CO2 balance? A calculation on this was carried out in January 2023 based on the built alpine dry ski slope in the children's area at the Hocheck adventure mountain in Oberaudorf (GER). What was built? The synthetic slope in the practice area has a length of approx. 76 meters as well as a width of approx. 7.25 meters, a total of approx. 2.3 tons of plastic (for slope + fleece ) was laid on approx. 560 sqm for this purpose. The production of 1 ton of plastic causes approx. 2 tons of CO² emission, the energy expenditure for the recycling at the end of the life span causes additionally approx. 3 tons of CO² emission.
Hybrid skiing, tubing - skitrax world

Hybrid use for alpine dry ski slopes & tubing lanes. Use A: Flexible Dry Ski Slope with Tubing Tracks. The new Tubtrax modules 2.2. are pushed under the mats. The mats fold automatically onto the modules. A tubing track with one or more lanes is ready for use. Use B: Flexible Tubing Tracks in summer & winter. With several tracks in summer use. By removing the Tubtrax Module 2.2., a flat surface is created where in winter the tubing tracks can be modeled with snow for winter use. In spring the modules are reintegrated and ready is the summer tubing track.
Update - Newsletter 2022 - Summer - skitrax world
By Skitraxworld 20 Aug, 2022
The fulfilment of skiing will probably continue to be on snow, but also the start of the first turns for beginners? Skiing also works in summer, whether in the mountains or in the cities. Cities are home to most skiers and snowboarders, and the equipment lies unused in the basement! Wouldn't it be a brilliant tourist impulse to pick up these "slumbering" potentials locally! What could be more natural than to offer attractive ski school courses for beginners in summer or to hold exciting slopestyle events with obstacles? How ideas are creatively implemented is shown to you by our worldwide customers with successful leisure facilities. Enjoy reading the project reports.
Hybrid dry slope - tubing track - skitrax world
By Skitraxworld 22 May, 2022
Skiing and Tubing Side by Side in Oberwiesenthal. In Sommer 2022, the first HYBRID alpine dry slope with tubing track in Germany will be built at the Elldus Hotel Resort in Oberwiesenthal (GER). A 30m x 20m space of slopetrax mats will be installed on 600 m2. Primarily, children's ski courses will be held here in the summer. "Bring kids on ski" is the motto. A conveyor belt will bring the kids back up to the start of the slope. The conveyor belt will also be in use in winter, as the entire dry slope area will remain in place all year round. Oberwiesental thus offers skiing safety even around Christmas - on snow or on mats when temperatures do not permit snowmaking.
