Our tubing tracks with TubTrax sliding mats can be used all year round in the same place. Now you can also enjoy this fun in the "snowless" months. A tubing track creates tingling speed and movement for the whole family - outdoors and/or indoors. Whether straight down or with rapid curves through tunnels or overpasses. Our TubTrax module systems are compatible for straight tracks and curves. It can be easily expanded as needed and the modules are quickly assembled.

With the construction of a summer tubing facility, the well-known family fun from the winter sports resorts in the cities and communities will also be continued in summer. As the perfect "sport for the whole family", TubTrax tubing creates sporting fun and exercise even in the "snowless" months.
Environmentally friendly laying of the sliding mats and safety-oriented construction of the curves, straights and start gates (TÜV tested) creates year-round operation. With 3D animations, we visualize individual tubing tracks in existing landscape images - you decide whether a track should be built with or without curves. Our TubTrax module systems are made of durable, galvanized light metal.
The combination of TubTrax mats and Epic tubing tires with robust HDPE hard floor, create the fastest tubing track in the world. Particularly suitable for indoor operation without water. We offer the perfect TubTrax - even for terrain with low gradients! We have specially developed the fast TubeTrax SP for this.
Additional equipment: lubricants Slide Liquid, Dry Slope Drainage Fleece (DSDF) and specially twisted pegs that remain firmly in the ground for years.

TubTrax Module System
With our new TubTrax - tubing module systems, we build tubing lanes according to your wishes. We have the choice - you just have to choose what the tubing track should look like.
You can choose between 4 modular systems: M1, M2.1., M2.2., M3. So you can choose which module best suits the respective terrain. See positioning below. Our galvanized light metal constructions can be easily assembled on site with your own work team. Optionally, we also offer a flexible start gate for a quick start. Jumping into the air bag for indoor and outdoor use is becoming increasingly popular. For this we also offer correspondingly stable jumps/kicker metal constructions.
In an extensive catalog you can select the right material for the tubing track depending on your wishes and terrain planning.
We offer the following four M-Systems:
TubTrax-M1
Straight track - single or multi-lane - closed floor module
Features:
- Entire metal construction is connected.
- Laying in a row and/or next to each other.
- All parts are rust-free galvanized.
- Anchoring to the ground with stable twisted pegs.
- Mats are put together for the straight and for the side construction.
- Running width for the tubing tires: 1.60 m: side walls.
- Mats are screwed to the metal construction.
- Packed on special wooden pallets.

TubTrax-M2.1.
Straight track - single or multi-lane - open module with fleece or DSDF
Features:
- Lateral lines can be set up freely on the right and left.
- Laying in a row or next to each other with several tracks.
- Lateral lines can be laid out individually to the desired width (1.37m - 1.60m /- x).
- All parts are rust-free galvanized.
- 7 mm fleece or Dry Slope Drain Fleece©
- Fleece is attached between the side modules.
- This optimal drainage of rain or melt water.
- Optimum protection against dirt from below and UV from above.
- High quality for years of use.
- Attachment of mats & fleece with pegs & screws.

TubTrax-M2.2.
Hybrid tubing track as a temporary module for an existing dry ski slope.
Quick install and quick uninstall.
Features:
- Floor construction as M2.1.
- The mats are folded up on the (e.g. red) marked mats and the M2.2. Modules pushed underneath.
- Fastening with screwable pegs.
- Side straights are designed for a tubing track width of approx. 1.60m - they fit exactly between two (red) mats.
- Modules can be removed again after use for tubing.
- Mats automatically fold back flat onto the slope.
- The entire area can be used again for skiing.
- Galvanized durable construction.
Advantages:
- Same advantages as Tubtrax-M2.
- Flexible installation option for several tubing lanes on existing mat ski slopes.
Use - summer: - several lanes next to each other with modular installation.
- Plan installed mats are folded up and the modules pushed underneath.
- One or more lanes are quickly installed - just as quickly uninstalled.
Use - Winter: - Flat surface again when removing the modules.
- The mat surface can be used for ski schools or to create tubing tracks with snow.
TubTrax-M3
Tubing curves made of rustproof light alloy
Features:
- Part of the curve is approx. 150m high and 1.10m long.
- Length of the curve depending on the steepness of the terrain.
- All parts are rust-free galvanized.
- The width of the track can be flexibly adjusted.
- Fastening with screws and pegs.
- Optimum protection against dirt from below.
- Tubtrax M3 is compatible with Tubtrax M1 TubTrax M2.

UPDATE - TubTrax tubing lanes
365 Tage Tubing Bahn - Winter- und Sommergäste sind begeistert. Viele Wintersportorten betreiben im separaten Bereich neben der Skipiste eine Snowtubing Bahn. Naturschnee und/oder künstliche Beschneiung schaffen schnell eine gute Grundlage für einige Bahnen nebeneinander oder sogar mit rasanten Kurven. Alles nur möglich mit Schnee. Schmilzt der Schnee weg - lässt sich auf dreckigen Schnee noch eine Weile fahren - bis die beliebte Anlage schlissen muss. Sollte es wieder schneien, geht der ganze Produktionsprozess wieder von vorne los - mit viel Aufwand an Schnee und Mitarbeitern. Diesen Aufwand leisten sich die meisten Wintersportorte nicht mehr. Schade, denn es geht auch einfacher und unabhängig vom Schnee.
365-day tubing track - winter and summer guests are thrilled. Many winter sports resorts operate a snow tubing track in a separate area next to the ski piste. Natural snow and/or artificial snow quickly create a good basis for several tracks side by side or even with rapid curves. Everything is only possible with snow. If the snow melts away - you can still ride on dirty snow for a while - until the popular facility has to close. If it snows again, the whole production process starts all over again - with a lot of effort in terms of snow and employees. Most winter sports resorts can no longer afford this effort. That's a shame, because there is an easier way, regardless of the snow.
Die Attraktion auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Lagos (Portugal). Mit 30m Länge und zwei Rutschbahnen, war diese Tubing Bahn in der Süd Portugiesischen Stadt Lagos das Highlight auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Nach den Ankunft wartete schon eine ca. 4m hohe Staffage auf die Lieferung. Schnell wurden die Tubtrax-M1 Modulen aus rostfreien Stahl vom LKW geladen. Darauf wurden die Tubtrax Gleitmatten befestigt und dann nacheinander auf den Holzbrettern der Staffage befestigt. Fertig - schon beginnt der Tubing Spass.
The attraction at the Christmas market in Lagos (Portugal). With a length of 30m and two slides, this tubing ride was the highlight of the Christmas market in the southern Portuguese city of Lagos. Upon arrival, a 4m high staffage was already waiting for the delivery. The stainless steel Tubtrax M1 modules were quickly loaded from the truck. The Tubtrax sliding mats were attached to them and then fixed one after the other to the wooden planks of the staffage. Done - the tubing fun begins. Naturally on our fast and robust Epic Tube in various sizes.

Year-round use of the robust tubing tyres. Buy once, use twice. With our 2 mm thick HDPE plastic floors, you can glide perfectly on our Tubtrax sliding mats in summer and on snow in winter. The Top Hotel Emily Resort in Lviv has already removed the side walls on the hybrid tubing track in order to cover the entire tubing track, which is 250 metres long and approx. 25 metres wide, with snow in winter. The local children used the "Kids Camp" and enthusiastically took up the offer and slid down the Hi Speed Tubtrax snow tubing track.
