SUSTAINABILITY
For nearly 20 years, we have been manufacturing high-quality plastic sheets in Bavaria that are 100% recyclable. Innovative technologies, high-quality materials, and predominantly European supply chains are the hallmarks of our quality, sustainability, and global success.

For nearly 20 years, we have been developing and manufacturing our plastic mats in Bavaria. High-quality, DIN-standardized polyethylene raw materials, UV stabilizers, and ongoing research form the foundation for durable, resilient products. The 22 × 22 cm modules, with their 20 mm-high special studs, are extremely durable, modularly expandable, and can be quickly installed, removed, or used temporarily as needed.
Our patented Asynchronous Twin Pin System (ATPS) technology reduces the contact surface area of skis, snowboards, and tubes by up to 50%. This means significantly less friction, faster gliding, less wear, and consequently less potential micro-abrasion.
In addition, our biodegradable, plant-based lubricant, Slide Liquid, further minimizes friction. It is silicone-free, certified as environmentally friendly, and produced in Germany. For facilities in hot climates, a closed-loop water sprinkler system can be integrated. The water is collected, purified, and reused—a sustainable water cycle with no waste.
Any micro-abrasion that may occur is trapped on a special drainage fleece beneath the mats, collected regularly, and sent for recycling. This ensures that no plastic particles enter the soil or waterways.
To this end, we offer our customers a sustainable, environmentally friendly, closed-loop production cycle. After their useful life of approximately 10–15 years, the mats can be returned to us in Germany (or to other European depots). There, they are cleaned, and the plastic is reused for new products, such as new Skitrax mats! We provide detailed documentation on this cycle.
