Mat ski slope, flexible tubing track

There are ski slopes covered in mats and there are tubing runs – but a temporary combination with separate use is new and innovative. The novel Tubtrax Module 2.2 makes this wonderful combination possible. It appeals to different target groups who can now enjoy themselves individually or together on a single mat facility.

Hybrid usage options

Use A: Flexible mat ski areas with tubing runs
The innovative Tubtrax 2.2 modules are slid under the mats. The mats automatically fold onto the modules. A tubing run with one or more lanes is then ready for use.


Use B: Flexible tubing track in summer & winter
Tubing track with multiple runs for summer use. Removing the Tubtrax Module 2.2 creates a flat surface where tubing runs can be shaped with snow in winter. In spring, the modules are reinstalled, and the summer tubing track is ready.

Features:

  • Floor construction as with Tubtrax Module 2.1.
  • Galvanized, durable construction.
  • The mats marked (e.g., red) are folded up and the M2.2 modules are slid underneath.
  • Fastening with screw-in ground stakes.
  • The side sections are designed to fit approximately 1.60m of width on the tubing track - they fit perfectly between two (e.g. red) mats.
  • Modules can be removed after use for tubing.
  • The mats automatically fold back flat onto the slope.
  • The entire area is once again usable for skiing.
  • The tubing track can be used in summer with modules and in winter without modules and with snow!

  • The existing mat ski slope can be used flexibly.
  • Flexible installation option for multiple tubing tracks on existing mat ski slopes.
  • The ski slope and tubing track can be used side by side.

    Usage - Summer:
  • Multiple lanes side by side with modular installation.
  • The pre-installed mats are folded up and the modules are slid underneath.
  • One or more tracks can be installed quickly - and uninstalled just as quickly.

    Usage - Winter:
  • Removing the modules restores a flat surface.
  • The mat area can be used for ski school or for creating tubing tracks with snow.

Hotel Elldus mit neuer Attraktion. Das 4 Sterne Familien Hotel Elldus in Oberwiesenthal ist dem Winter schon einen Schritt voraus. Basis ist ein 30m langes Förderband und ca. 600 m2 Tubtrax / Slopetrax Matten von Skitrax World. Schon ist eine hybride Mattenskipiste fertig. Neben dem Förderband wird im Sommer eine Tubing Bahn mit zwei Bahnen betrieben. Die Tubtrax-M2.2 Module wurden unter die Matten gelegt und fertig sind die Tubing Bahnen. Daneben werden gerade die letzten Matten für die Mattenskipiste fertiggestellt. Damit dort keine Steine oder Dreck auf die Matten kommt, wurde unser DSDF (Dry Slope Drain Fleece) ausgerollt. Erst dann werden die Matten auf das Fleece installiert. Somit ist eine perfekte Wasserableitung garantiert.

SKIPISTE - Hybrid - TUBING

Hybride Nutzung für alpine Mattenskigebiete & Tubing Bahnen. Nutzung A: Flexible Mattenskigebiete mit Tubing Bahnen. Die neuartigen Tubtrax-Module 2.2. werden unter die Matten geschoben. Die Matten klappen automatisch auf die Module. Schon ist eine Tubing Bahn mit einer oder mehreren Bahnen fertig zur Nutzung. Nutzung B: Flexible Tubing Bahn im Sommer & Winter Tubing Bahn hat mehreren Strecken in der Sommernutzung. Durch Entfernen des Tubtrax Module 2.2. ergibt sich eine plane Fläche, wo im Winter die Tubing Bahnen mit Schnee modelliert werden können. Im Frühjahr werden die Module wieder integriert und fertig ist die Sommer Tubing Bahn.
