With TubTrax Modern tubing facilities are being built for amusement parks, ski resorts, adventure worlds, cities and indoor centers – individually planned, economically operated and usable all year round.

The unique interplay of TubTrax sliding mats, Epic Tubing Tires and the modular Tubtrax M1, M2.1, M2.2 and M3 systems TubTrax enables the construction of virtually any desired tubing track. Whether straight sections, spectacular banked curves, multiple tracks side by side, or complex systems with bridges and tunnels – TubTrax adapts to any terrain and project size.

The galvanized, lightweight metal structures are durable, quick to assemble, and can be expanded at any time. Depending on the application, different module variants with open or closed floors are available. We also offer flexible starting gates, kickers for airbags, and perfectly matched accessories such as... Slide Liquid, DSDF Drainage Fleece and special ground anchors.

For low slopes (<10%) or indoor installations, the particularly fast TubTrax SP developed. This creates attractive tubing experiences even where classic tracks reach their limits.

Using state-of-the-art 3D visualizations, we work together with our customers to develop individual tubing systems – from the initial idea to the finished attraction.

Description of the Tubtrax metal modules M1, M2.1, M2.2 and M3

TubTrax M1 – Enclosed metal module for straight tracks

The TubTrax M1 The M1 is the stable, premium solution for straight tubing tracks. Its closed, galvanized, lightweight metal construction features two solid side walls and reliably protects the running surface from stones, dirt, and grass. The M1 is the ideal choice, especially for stony or sandy terrain.

Advantages: Very stable construction, clean running surface, quick assembly, ideal for single and multi-lane straights, long service life, compatible with M2 and M3.

TubTrax M2.1 – Semi-open module with fleece / DSDF

The TubTrax M2.1 This is the lighter and more flexible solution for straight tubing tracks. Two lateral metal modules are covered with robust fleece or Dry Slope Drain Fleece This combines various factors. As a result, rainwater and meltwater are optimally drained away, while the running surface remains protected.

Advantages: lighter weight, cost-effective solution, flexible track width, quick assembly and disassembly, good drainage, ideal for many terrain types, compatible with M1 and M3.

TubTrax M2.2 – Hybrid module for mat skiing & tubing

The TubTrax M2.2 It was developed for existing ski areas with artificial mats. Color-coded mats are folded up, the modules are slid underneath – and a dry slope is transformed into one or more tubing runs. After use, the modules are removed, and the surface is once again flat and ready for skiing. It's also possible to remove the modules for winter use and shape the surface with snow as desired. It couldn't be more flexible!

Advantages: Perfect hybrid use, quick installation and deinstallation, ideal for events and weekend operation, multiple lanes possible side by side, maximum flexibility for operators.

TubTrax M3 – Paraboloid curve module

The TubTrax M3 This is the curve module for dynamic tubing tracks. The galvanized lightweight metal elements enable curves, changes of direction, and longer track layouts. Flexible adaptation to terrain and track geometry allows for the creation of spectacular tubing facilities with a high experiential value.

Advantages: Quick corner mounting, compatible with M1 and M2, ideal for end curves and long curves, stable construction, good water and snow drainage, long service life.
